Integrative Pet Care is seeking a full-time veterinarian to join our Chicago clinic. Our ideal candidate must be certified in both canine rehabilitation and acupuncture, is passionate about the field of veterinary rehabilitation, values a team environment, and loves to teach and learn.
Team: Integrative Pet Care is a busy stand-alone facility focused entirely on veterinary rehabilitation and sports medicine. Our rehab team includes 2 full-time veterinarians certified in canine rehabilitation, acupuncture and VSMT; 6 therapists certified in canine rehabilitation, 4 of whom are also certified in canine massage; and 2 therapy assistants. Our medical team is supported by an enthusiastic patient services and management crew. We value a collaborative, team approach to care with ongoing in-house training. We also have a robust year-round internship program for students of rehab courses and veterinary schools. Veterinarians perform exams, provide acupuncture and chiropractic treatments, and oversee all cases.
Hospital: Our 6,000-square-foot facility is located in Chicago’s fast-growing Logan Square neighborhood and includes a sun-filled hydrotherapy room with resistance pool and 2 underwater treadmills, 4 spacious exam rooms and a large gym with custom therapeutic exercise equipment. We also have 2 class IV lasers, 2 class IIIb lasers, a Piezowave shockwave system, a therapeutic ultrasound, and TENS/NMES units.
