We are looking for a motivated, self-starting physical therapist/veterinarian to supervise and expand our physical rehabilitation center. This is a fantastic opportunity to be able to direct a first class veterinary rehabilitation center with 100 percent support to achieve this goal from the current ownership group.
The ideal candidate should be either a veterinarian certified in rehabilitation and acupuncture – chiropractic certification preferred – or a licensed physical therapist with a canine rehabilitation certification.
This career move will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside an experienced PT/CCRP within a beautiful new 4,000 sq. ft. space featuring a large, fully-equipped gym area, a class IV laser, a therapeutic ultrasound/e-stim unit, two underwater treadmills, and three smaller treatment rooms.
The rehabilitation department is part of a busy specialty hospital, offering the opportunity to observe and treat a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological cases, as well as receive referrals from other specialty hospitals and primary care veterinarians in the area.
