Eastern Carolina Veterinary Referral and Carolina Sports Medicine + Rehabilitation is looking for a CCRP or CCRP eligible individual to join our expanding service working under Dr. Ned Williams, a dually boarded surgeon and sports medicine veterinarian. We are expanding and need additional staff. Currently we have a part time PT and OT with over 20 years of experience and two full time vet tech assistants with 4+ years of experience in the area of rehabilitation. We have a very busy practice that sees many patients directly referred by Dr. Williams but also outside referrals from a large radius of referring veterinarians. We have an underwater treadmill, land treadmill, Class IV Laser, Ultrasound, NMES, TENS, and therapeutic exercise equipment. We plan to be expaning in the future and hope to have a pool and agility course capabilities.
The right individual would have previous experience in animal rehabilitation, ideally already have the CCRP certification (will consider those who are eligible), have initiative, be able to work as a team as well as individually, excellant time management skills and most importantly have excellant client communications and animal handling skills.
